Growth in Motion ClassesGrowth in Motion classes are open to all types of movers and non-movers. Our classes have amazing effects on alignment, fluidity, range of motion, creative expression, fitness and healing.

There are work-scholarships available if you cannot afford the full tuition. Please speak with me personally if you are interested.
