Classes are open to all types of movers and non-movers.
Our classes have amazing effects on alignment, fluidity, range of motion, creative expression, fitness, and healing.

Current classes:
GIM Recovery Dance Class is offered every morning during the week (M,T,W,Th,F) at 8 am
Embodied Anatomy Study Group is offered Wednesdays, 9:30-11 am and Sundays, 5:30-7

Class costs vary.
There are work scholarships available if you cannot afford the full tuition. Please speak with me personally if you are interested. I do not want to turn anyone away who can benefit from these classes.
