Fanchon adheres to the high standards of the health professions. This includes the pledge of confidentiality, professional collaboration, continuing education, and peer supervision that is followed by physicians, psychologists, and other health professionals.She is registered as a Movement Therapist and Educator by the International Somatic Movement and Education Therapy Association and is a Certified Movement Analyst, the prestigious degree awarded graduates of the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies in New York and abroad. She is a graduate of the rigorous four-year training program in Healing Science taught by Barbara Brennan, Hands of Light author. In addition, she has studied with Moshe Feldenkrais, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Jean Houston, and many others.Fanchon’s training and experience as a Movement Therapist stretches over a period of forty-five years, combining virtually all of the potential movement wisdom techniques current today into a unique transformative process.
